Narrative:
Oapm [optimization of airspace and procedures in the metroplex].I was controller in charge [controller in charge] of the TRACON at lan. The controller working south radar brought to my attention the aircraft X descending into our airspace on the PETTE1 STAR into D21's airspace. This is the first week of the new metroplex airspace and according to the D21 controller; the ZOB controller made a point out to the tol approach but not lan approach so our (lan) airspace was violated. I understand this has been a problem the past week.we need a LOA that ensures ZOB makes all point outs along that PETTE1 star.

Narrative: OAPM [Optimization of Airspace and Procedures in the Metroplex].I was CIC [Controller in Charge] of the TRACON at LAN. The controller working South Radar brought to my attention the Aircraft X descending into our airspace on the PETTE1 STAR into D21's airspace.
