Narrative:
Received a box of mail from the post office tagged for ZZZ agent scanning the mail did not pay attention to what was being scanned. Looking at the side of the box clearly shows corrosive marking on the package. The mail was scanned to flight and loaded; ZZZ caught the error and removed package and returned to the post office.
