Narrative:
Forward door jam; unable to open. Manager came to assist employees; took 3 men to force open and then manager has an employee squeeze under door then close door to get it open. This is dangerous for all. Please advise our maintenance that this is their job and they should be opening jammed forward pit doors; not employee without the correct tools; possible damage to plane; baggage; but more importantly employees.
