Narrative:
Over 3 hours due to a plane change and galley transfer problems. The three of us had earlier expressed our fatigue. On approach to runway 25R at frankfurt; I was flying; and I delayed too long before landing gear extension. We received a warning and at 700 feet executed a missed approach. Subsequent approach and landing were normal and without issue. Some of the contributing factors were late departure on first scheduled leg; coupled with a long delay. Also; the final approach fix for ILS Z 25R at frankfurt is located pretty far out. I was lulled into complacency because most approaches gear is extended near the FAF. This one is delayed and my timing was off due to fatigue.
