Narrative:
After getting deiced and receiving a post deice report from the deice truck; the single truck drove away after we thanked them and said goodnight. Approximately 5 minutes later after reconfiguring the aircraft for flight and receiving taxi clearance; I turned the aircraft toward the right and asked the first officer if it was clear. As the aircraft was turning; the first officer saw the bucket on the ice truck next to the right winglet and said to stop. As I stopped; the winglet made contact with the bucket. The ice truck called and said they were not clear; but would be clear in 30 seconds. I asked them to call me back when they were completely clear. I called them moments later to see if they were clear and could not get them to answer. We contact the station operations and had personnel verify the aircraft was clear and we taxied back to the gate to inspect the winglet.poor communication regarding movement of aircraft after deicing.withhold all post deicing reports until the deicing is completely finished.
