Assigned pre departure clearance (pre-departure check) up to step #7 on [aircraft] stamped completed steps worked. Being previously ETOPS (extended twin operations) qualified; completed assignment and later found out qualifications had been changed by other qualifications added to be ETOPS qualified with no verbal notifications by company or local management.better notifications of qualification changes by management at morning briefings and monthly safety & compliance meeting.
