Narrative:
Flying over an unpopulated area at 500-600' AGL I inadvertently flew over a condo complex at that altitude. I was looking at the trees and fields and not paying attention to where I was flying. I left the area when I discovered that I was too low over that area.

Title: GA SMA FAILED TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM SAFE ALT OVER CONDO COMPLEX.
Narrative: FLYING OVER AN UNPOPULATED AREA AT 500-600' AGL I INADVERTENTLY FLEW OVER A CONDO COMPLEX AT THAT ALT. I WAS LOOKING AT THE TREES AND FIELDS AND NOT PAYING ATTN TO WHERE I WAS FLYING. I LEFT THE AREA WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT I WAS TOO LOW OVER THAT AREA.
