Narrative:
On departure from pwk runway 16 at pwk 3 departure was issued. I flew the procedure with a right turn after takeoff as soon as possible with a 28 degree bank at 145 TAS to stay within the ord 345 degree right. Pwk tower asked that we 'tighten up' our turn. The procedure, I feel, should not be issued for turbo jet aircraft since it compromises safety with a tight turn at low altitude.
