Narrative:
Passengers noticed flames shooting out of the [aircraft's left] engine followed by a lot of smoke. Passengers noticed a lot of smoke on [the aircraft's right] coming out of the engine. We reported it to the captain and maintenance came out and checked out the aircraft. We had fume issues with the same aircraft the day before.

Title: A330 flight attendants reported passengers informed crew of flames shooting out of engine exhaust on start. Cabin fumes became prevalent in passenger cabin.
Narrative: Passengers noticed flames shooting out of the [aircraft's left] engine followed by a lot of smoke. Passengers noticed a lot of smoke on [the aircraft's right] coming out of the engine.
