Narrative:
We were towing aircraft X into the service ramp per assignment when maintenance supervisor drove a pickup truck right in front of us [with the] intention to stop us; because according to him that was a wrong parking assignment. [He] came only couple of feet from hitting number two engine. We were going walking speed and still had hard time stopping due to the snow-covered ice on the ground when he suddenly pulled up in front of us.
