Narrative:
I was assigned to de-ice an aircraft. I was currently inspecting the nose of the airplane when I saw a plane coming into [the adjacent] gate. I immediately tried to stop him or give him attention to stop him because I knew he was going to hit the truck. Unfortunately; he continued and hit the left side of the wing on the truck. No gate crew was at that gate when the plane was coming in. I called the lead to report it.
