Narrative:
At ord new pavement covers the hold short line on the runway 14L-32R parallel taxiway approaching runway 22R. There is a red lit sign denoting runway 22, but an aircraft exiting runway 14L at the first high speed and told to hold short of runway 22R (a common occurrence) might not see the hold sign and consequently cross runway 22R, especially in darkness or low visibility conditions. This is a serious incursion waiting to happen.
