Narrative:

Where to start. The release did not put NOTAMS for myam in the release so we did not know about myam changing its name. A tower; with ATIS; ground and tower frequencies have been built and opened. So we did not call tower 20 miles out; it is now a part time class D airspace. Arff has been reduced so not sure if it is enough for our size aircraft. On unicom frequency tower called us to call on tower frequency. We called and were told cleared to land. We called ground control and taxied in. They are still in training and cannot coordinate IFR departures. Center did not hand us off to tower either and had us cancel IFR and squawk VFR. The notams did not populate in the release. Jeppesen charts are not updated for the change of class airspace and frequencies. The company page is also outdated now. Tower said they have been open 2 weeks.
