Pilot was holding on the runway waiting for oil temperature to rise for run up. [This airport] has no visibility or ceiling for weather reporting. Pilot could see blue sky and sun and decided to take off. Pilot climbed to 100 feet above ground level and encountered IMC. Pilot decided to turn crosswind and return to the runway.
