Narrative:
I departed labelle airport at xa:30 local on a VFR x-country to valkaria. I was following V225 from labelle to vero VOR at 3000' MSL. I saw another aircraft that appeared to be following V225 at the same altitude also. We converged from about 1 mi to about 500' between us. At around okeechobee airport the other aircraft slowed down, went behind me, and came up on my right wingtip. He went behind me to go from wingtip to wingtip several times. The last time he went behind me and I never saw him again.
