Once again today on the aft jump seat harness was installed incorrectly. We wrote it up with the flight deck.can someone please let me know why this issue hasn't been resolved as of yet. Last [fall] on a previous [safety report] they said they were going to inspect the fleet; obviously this hasn't been completed. How many [safety reports] are needed to fix this issue?
