Narrative:
Dirty sock smell on takeoff. Donned O2 mask. Asked flight attendants if they smelled it as well; they said no. After ten minutes the smell went away. It wasn't extreme; I've smelled worse. It was also first flight of day. Notified maintenance and made a logbook entry. Figure out what is causing smell. Is it oil or is it something that is getting into system via ram air intake?
