Narrative:

After takeoff rotation runway 25 at las we noticed a small aircraft making a straight ahead missed approach from runway 19R. The small aircraft did not follow repeated instructions to make a right turn. We had to make a low level left turn and stay low to avoid a collision. The tower did not warn us of the conflict. Don't know exactly how close we came to the small aircraft but it was not comfortable. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter estimated separation at 800' horizontal and 200' vertical. Small aircraft was spotted at rotation and a turn started almost immediately sep was increasing rapidly when reporter turned through 190 degree heading.
