Narrative:
Cpr X was cleared for takeoff and was told about a training small aircraft Y on base 8 final the word expedite was never used by the controller and while the aircraft was being positioned for takeoff, the controller told small aircraft Y on final to go around and me to leave the runway. I taxied off the runway with no delay. I talked to a controller who was about to take the local position and he said it was a poor call by the local controller with plenty of room for both aircraft. I talked to the pilot of small aircraft Y one day later. He could not recall the situation. The local controller turned to the controller about to take the local position and said 'I am pissed and will put him in the penalty box' the supervisor on duty would not take the time to talk about the occurrence and hung up on me stating he would write this up. This is a long time campaign to violate me and others at the mht facility because of reports to the hot line (FAA) for attitude and unsafe procedures.
