Narrative:
We were departing sjc via the RNAV departure. We accelerated to 250 knots not realizing we were still below sfo class B airspace. The controller pointed out the speed below class B. We reduced speed back to 200 knots until entering class B. We attribute this oversight to a confusing clearance and quick turn of the aircraft before departure. We didn't take time to review overlying class B airspace.
