Narrative:
During shift change I was reviewing loading on [electronic load plan for the] flight and noticed that there was hazmat in pit 2; with no bags. The flight had been off the gate for 12 minutes. I looked at the flight history to see when he was planned for takeoff; and it was at xa:20 local; which was the time I was looking at the flight; so I could not bring the airplane back. Shift manager was notified. I also contacted [load] controller in ZZZ.
