Narrative:
On initial contact we reduced aircraft X's speed then descended them to 063. They read back 036 and we missed it as a training team. They checked on to tustin descending to 036 and they missed it as well. The pilot descended into the MVA and we lost separation with the MVA. We need to pay attention to the pilot read back.

Title: SCT TRACON Controller reported a read back error that resulted in an aircraft descending below the Minimum Vectoring Altitude.
Narrative: On initial contact we reduced Aircraft X's speed then descended them to 063. They read back 036 and we missed it as a training team. They checked on to Tustin descending to 036 and they missed it as well. The pilot descended into the MVA and we lost separation with the MVA. We need to pay attention to the pilot read back.
