Narrative:
This aircraft had an uncommanded engine shutdown after engine start. The computer had it written as uncompounded but the logbook showed otherwise. Mx placed the hp valve on MEL locking it closed and sent the aircraft onto three more flights with a potential hazard of another uncommanded shutdown happening. [Required troubleshooting] was not accomplished at time of event as it should have been. This [troubleshooting] should have been accomplished immediately. The aircraft was removed from service [after its flights] for this task and repairs to be accomplished.
