Narrative:
On departure; we encountered a strong smell in the cockpit. Within a few minutes smell disappeared and we chose to continue the flight. On arrival into ZZZ1 we got the smell back and along with haze. We talked to maintenance and wrote up the airplane. We think it was a bleed issue. We decided to continue after the smell dissipated but realized there was more of a problem when it returned. We chose the best option that we could per the situation.
