Narrative:
Jaggr 3 RNAV arrival and visual approach to runway 16L had already been briefed. ATC assigned 290 knots or better; then charted speeds at dandd. During the descent; ATC told us to expect RNAV Z runway 17R. We were descending on VNAV path while reloading and briefing the new approach. We did not notice that the aircraft was not slowing adequately to reach 250 knots at dandd. A few miles inside dandd; ATC informed us that we were fast. The airspeed was 265-270 at that time. I used speed brakes to slow to 250 knots. The remainder of the arrival was uneventful.
