Narrative:
Cleared to taxi to runway 13L from xx gate via quebec, 'north'. Inadvertently xed hold short line to runway 13L. Ground (ATC) said stop and asked about the clearance. Captain reversed toward hold line. Taxiway is at an angle to the runway and markings are not real clear. Taxiway are old, overgrown with weeds, and consist of varying surfaces of tar, concrete, etc, which adds to the difficulty in differentiating txwys, runways, and ramps. Crew was performing taxi checklist while taxiing. First officer was not looking outside and was not following the taxi route, but was looking at 'roof' and 'skirt' panels to check switches on taxi checklist. That's the last time I make that mistake. Incident occurred on the 3RD day of a 'trip'. Crew was fatigued. Day 1, 10:50 duty. Day 2, 14:15 duty with overnight in toledo. Day 3, show at xa, to time of incident, xd. Reduced rest overnight following a workday in excess of 14 hours. Crew rest was a major factor.

Title: WHILE TAXIING FOR TKOF ACR SMT INADVERTENTLY CROSSED RWY HOLD LINE. UNABLE CALLBACK.
Narrative: CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 13L FROM XX GATE VIA QUEBEC, 'N'. INADVERTENTLY XED HOLD SHORT LINE TO RWY 13L. GND (ATC) SAID STOP AND ASKED ABOUT THE CLRNC. CAPT REVERSED TOWARD HOLD LINE. TXWY IS AT AN ANGLE TO THE RWY AND MARKINGS ARE NOT REAL CLR. TXWY ARE OLD, OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS, AND CONSIST OF VARYING SURFACES OF TAR, CONCRETE, ETC, WHICH ADDS TO THE DIFFICULTY IN DIFFERENTIATING TXWYS, RWYS, AND RAMPS. CREW WAS PERFORMING TAXI CHKLIST WHILE TAXIING. F/O WAS NOT LOOKING OUTSIDE AND WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE TAXI RTE, BUT WAS LOOKING AT 'ROOF' AND 'SKIRT' PANELS TO CHK SWITCHES ON TAXI CHKLIST. REDUCED REST OVERNIGHT FOLLOWING A WORKDAY IN EXCESS OF 14 HRS. CREW REST WAS A MAJOR FACTOR.
