Narrative:
I was climbing on the RNAV dp. The published speed at an intersection was 250 knots; once I passed that point I accelerated to 265 knots. The approach controller advised me to slow to 250 knots and level off my climb. I follow his instructions and heard nothing else. I'm pretty sure the climb speed was my discretion after that intersection; but I might be wrong.
