Narrative:
Flight X from boston, ma, to rockland, me, proceeded normally operating under an IFR flight plan. Upon gaining visibility contact with knox county airport, brunswick approach cleared flight X for a visibility approach into knox county. At this time the PIC cancelled IFR, squawked VFR and descended to traffic pattern altitude. A standard left had traffic pattern was made for runway 31 in knox county. When the gear was selected down, no gear down indication was received. A go around was made at rockland (knox county airport) to verify gear was not down. At this time company dispatch was notified and flight X was directed to divert to portland and declare an emergency. Brunswick approach gave flight X initial vectors and an altitude and then turned flight X over to portland approach. Portland approach was notified of the gear malfunction and the PIC declared an emergency at xx local time. A manual gear extension was made per the aircraft emergency gear extension checklist. After manual gear extension was performed, a low pass was made and portland tower verified gear was down. A landing was made on runway 29 and taxied clear of runway 29. The passengers were safely shuttled away from the aircraft and the PIC proceeded to write the discrepancy in the aircraft logbook.

Title: FLT CREW HAD GEAR WARNING AT ROCKLAND ME. DIVERTED TO PWM, ME, MANUALLY EXTENDED GEAR AND MADE NORMAL LNDG.
Narrative: FLT X FROM BOSTON, MA, TO ROCKLAND, ME, PROCEEDED NORMALLY OPERATING UNDER AN IFR FLT PLAN. UPON GAINING VIS CONTACT WITH KNOX COUNTY ARPT, BRUNSWICK APCH CLRED FLT X FOR A VIS APCH INTO KNOX COUNTY. AT THIS TIME THE PIC CANCELLED IFR, SQUAWKED VFR AND DSNDED TO TFC PATTERN ALT. A STANDARD L HAD TFC PATTERN WAS MADE FOR RWY 31 IN KNOX COUNTY. WHEN THE GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, NO GEAR DOWN INDICATION WAS RECEIVED. A GO AROUND WAS MADE AT ROCKLAND (KNOX COUNTY ARPT) TO VERIFY GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. AT THIS TIME COMPANY DISPATCH WAS NOTIFIED AND FLT X WAS DIRECTED TO DIVERT TO PORTLAND AND DECLARE AN EMER. BRUNSWICK APCH GAVE FLT X INITIAL VECTORS AND AN ALT AND THEN TURNED FLT X OVER TO PORTLAND APCH. PORTLAND APCH WAS NOTIFIED OF THE GEAR MALFUNCTION AND THE PIC DECLARED AN EMER AT XX LCL TIME. A MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION WAS MADE PER THE ACFT EMER GEAR EXTENSION CHKLIST. AFTER MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED, A LOW PASS WAS MADE AND PORTLAND TWR VERIFIED GEAR WAS DOWN. A LNDG WAS MADE ON RWY 29 AND TAXIED CLR OF RWY 29. THE PAXS WERE SAFELY SHUTTLED AWAY FROM THE ACFT AND THE PIC PROCEEDED TO WRITE THE DISCREPANCY IN THE ACFT LOGBOOK.
