Narrative:
Adjacent to runway 22 the ramp is divided into an inner and an outer taxiway. One would assume an inner would be physically separated from an outer. They are not, and this had led unfamiliar and familiar pilots to taxi onto runway 22 thinking this is the outer. Solution: remove inner and outer nomenclature. Have it called the ramp.

Title: INNER AND OUTER DESIGNATION ON THE RAMP CONFUSING.
Narrative: ADJACENT TO RWY 22 THE RAMP IS DIVIDED INTO AN INNER AND AN OUTER TXWY. ONE WOULD ASSUME AN INNER WOULD BE PHYSICALLY SEPARATED FROM AN OUTER.
