Narrative:
After landing; rolling out to taxiway Y5; new lights installed on C concourse and overhead B concourse made taxiway very difficult to see. White versus the yellow lights make the transition at night very difficult. An added factor was the wet pavement with light rain. I have landed at mdw many times and had to take my time to discern where the taxiway was versus grass.
