Narrative:
Company tuned to ind center. We had a similar call sign; aircraft on the same frequency; all simultaneously. Similar call signs like this on regularly scheduled; on time flights should never be in the same airspace simultaneously. Similar call signs contribute to likelihood of a pilot accepting another flight's frequency change or clearance resulting in a possible pilot deviation or even worse; a mid-air collision.
