Narrative:

Mlt X and mlt Y were westbound in north atlantic. Mlt Y progressed 50 west at FL310 requesting FL350, mlt X was already at FL350. Mlt Y was climbed to FL350. Upon reaching FL350, I noticed he was in confliction with mlt X. I immediately descended mlt X to FL330. Mlt Y then reported sighting overtaking an aircraft abeam him at 3 mi. Later message said that when mlt X reported level at FL330, at same time mlt Y reported the sighting.

Title: OCEANIC CTLR HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION ON ATLANTIC TRACK BETWEEN TWO MLT ACFT.

Narrative: MLT X AND MLT Y WERE WBND IN N ATLANTIC. MLT Y PROGRESSED 50 W AT FL310 REQUESTING FL350, MLT X WAS ALREADY AT FL350. MLT Y WAS CLBED TO FL350. UPON REACHING FL350, I NOTICED HE WAS IN CONFLICTION WITH MLT X. I IMMEDIATELY DSNDED MLT X TO FL330. MLT Y THEN RPTED SIGHTING OVERTAKING AN ACFT ABEAM HIM AT 3 MI. LATER MESSAGE SAID THAT WHEN MLT X RPTED LEVEL AT FL330, AT SAME TIME MLT Y RPTED THE SIGHTING.
