Narrative:
After taking off out of ZZZ and almost to cruise altitude of 40000 ft. The aircraft experienced an electrical problem with the master caution panel lighting up with multiple failures. The failures include right/H gen; current limiter; spoiler mon; right stall; pitch trim; press sys; wing heat; stab heat; right nac heat; #2 pfd (primary flight display); mfd (multi-function flight display); FMS (flight management system) inop; TCAS fail; right fuel flow; right oil press; flap indication; no gear indication; hydraulic indication inop; anti-skid inop; nose steering inop; tried to activate no flaps and gear. After seeing this I [requested priority handling]/return to ZZZ. Upon starting the descent I requested the QRH (quick reference handbook) and started going thru the emergency procedures. ATC gave us a descent to 4000 feet where I was wanting to burn off fuel to get us the lightest we could for landing. I tried to get the right/H starter back online could not then went on to the landing phase and started with the landing emergency and needed 3 times the normal distance. I requested ZZZ1 since they have the longest runway. I looked at the electrical system page and saw that everything on the right inverter and dc buses were out. I tied the left AC bus to the right and got the right power back. I tied left dc bus 1; 2; 3 to the right and got all of my systems back.I was able to land safely with no incident.

Title: LJ60 flight crew reported an electrical system failure during climb to cruise altitude.
Narrative: After taking off out of ZZZ and almost to cruise altitude of 40000 ft. The aircraft experienced an electrical problem with the master caution panel lighting up with multiple failures.
