Narrative:

Descending through 37;000 feet; we had the autopilot and yaw damp disengage. Yesterday; we also had the very same issue occur on this aircraft. In both instances we were cruising at 43;000 feet; with the exception today. We were in the descent; just out of 37;000 feet from 43;000 feet. In both instances; we were outside the GPS testing range; with no GPS abnormalities. About two hours into both of the flights; the autopilot and yaw damp disengage; and then; about two to three minutes later; we have an automatic switch to ahrs 2. After running the appropriate checklists; we elected to divert. No further issues occurred.
