Narrative:
Instructor aborted takeoff after aircraft had trouble climbing on takeoff and hearing stall horn without an excessive amount of pitch. After landing on the runway the aircraft skidded past the departure end to a stop in the grass. No occupant sustained injuries. The aircraft sustained only minor damage to the right wheel.

Title: C172 instructor reported an aborted takeoff resulting in a runway excursion.
Narrative: Instructor aborted takeoff after aircraft had trouble climbing on takeoff and hearing stall horn without an excessive amount of pitch.
