Narrative:
Upon go-around for runway xx @ ZZZ we were on our initial upwind leg at approximately 300 feet AGL when we encountered a yellow colored crop duster within 300 feet above us. There was no prior contact made with us on CTAF frequency nor did we get any response after the near miss. We elected to go back to our base ZZZ1 to do landings there instead. We gave an advisory to two other aircraft operating at ZZZ before leaving.
