Took over this flight from mid shift; turn over was flight may be returning to blocks; reason not known. Sent ACARS to crew 'looks like you are back to the gate. What is the issue?' captain called informed [operations control] 2 rejected takeoff speed about 65kts for both [rejected takeoffs]. Number 3 engine; captain said per maintenance blew tire. Asked captain for his phone number. Informed recovery; called lax ramp agent. Advised new release when [aircraft] is up and fueled. Spoke to captain regarding new release will be sent when maintenance clears aircraft currently down.as I was speaking to captain MEL added 73-xx-xx added.
