Narrative:
We received a different SID during descent than what was programmed into the FMC. At the same time the new SID was being loaded; the crew was dealing with GPS jamming that is common going into tlv and applying the procedures included in a pilot bulletin addressing this issue. The altitude restrictions on the ILS approach had been checked before the new SID was loaded. As the crew was reviewing the GPS jamming procedures; one of the relief pilots noticed the aircraft had descended 300 to 400 feet below an altitude restriction on the approach. The PF leveled the aircraft off; and all subsequent altitude restrictions were rechecked and met.
