Narrative:
While parked with one engine running and the gpu running and connected the sic departed the aircraft due to a cargo door not secured annunciation. The cargo door was closed and the sic was returning to the flight deck when ground personnel pointed to and requested permission to remove the left main chalk. At the time of this request the aircraft was triple chalked. The sic granted permission to remove the left chalk at which point the aircraft started moving forward. The PIC immediately stopped the aircraft but not before the gpu chord and plug had damaged the receptacle onboard the aircraft. The mishap concluded without any injury to personnel or further damage to the aircraft.
