Narrative:

After carrying out 3 prior landings; [I made a] normal approach on center line. Normal landing made and as plane slowed to walking pace it began to ground loop. Aircraft controlled by rudder/braking inputs; [but the] aircraft nosed over [and] came to stop just right of runway center line and parallel to runway direction. Suspected wind shear. Pilot shut down systems and fuel system and exited aircraft. No injuries to pilot. Minimal damage to prop and spinner - no structural damage; weather was cavok.
