Title: Commercial Airline Ground Agent reported Hazmat shipment in AKE (Cargo container) without proper Dangerous Goods documentation. Agent further stated the shipment was initially refused on earlier flight and subsequently reloaded on next flight without documentation corrections.
Narrative: Cargo AKE delivered to the aircraft without proper labeling; this AKE was refused transport Flight XXX and was later transported on Flight XXY with proper label. AKE contained DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) class 9.
