Narrative:
Departing melbourne, we climbed northbound to 9500' on V3. Several attempts to contact patrick approach left us standing by to acquire flight following. We proceeded north on V3 and made the appropriate contact with daytona who gave us a squawk code. Shortly after daytona informed us they had a message for us. It read we had penetrated the orl TCA. I am enclosing a copy of my skyprint chart update for the new orl TCA. As you can see, the east edge is devoid of detail. It does not depict V3 or the kennedy space center restr areas. To my knowledge I adhered to V3 navigating from melbourne to ormond beach VOR's. We were operating VFR on top through the area. Our DME was inoperative to confirm our distance from orl VOR. More information on the orl TCA chart would have caused more concern and prompted me to contact orl.
