Narrative:
Descending from FL310 to FL290 was given a heading change of '15 degrees right for traffic.' set heading change and started turn. After 1 min controller asked our heading. We told her we were turning 025 degrees. She gave us a frequency change. Next controller asked our heading. We told him and he asked if previous controller had given us a heading change. Nothing else was said. We had the impression there may have been a conflict due to slow track change. We would like to have been included in the loop more. We would have been glad to turn more, etc, if we knew of any possible conflict. Also, the winds were 150 KTS from 255-270 degrees at FL310, and changing on our descent. This may have resulted in no noticeable track change as we descended in our turn. Throughout all these questions as to our heading and who gave us what, we needed to have more information as to why. We felt left out.

Title: MLG SLOW TO COMPLY WITH ASSIGNED HEADING CHANGE.
Narrative: DSNDING FROM FL310 TO FL290 WAS GIVEN A HDG CHANGE OF '15 DEGS RIGHT FOR TFC.' SET HDG CHANGE AND STARTED TURN. AFTER 1 MIN CTLR ASKED OUR HDG. WE TOLD HER WE WERE TURNING 025 DEGS. SHE GAVE US A FREQ CHANGE. NEXT CTLR ASKED OUR HDG. WE TOLD HIM AND HE ASKED IF PREVIOUS CTLR HAD GIVEN US A HDG CHANGE. ALSO, THE WINDS WERE 150 KTS FROM 255-270 DEGS AT FL310, AND CHANGING ON OUR DSNT. THIS MAY HAVE RESULTED IN NO NOTICEABLE TRACK CHANGE AS WE DSNDED IN OUR TURN. THROUGHOUT ALL THESE QUESTIONS AS TO OUR HDG AND WHO GAVE US WHAT, WE NEEDED TO HAVE MORE INFO AS TO WHY. WE FELT LEFT OUT.
