Narrative:
Sna has no centerline lights [cl] and the cl paint is worn out/faded to nothing. A low visibility takeoff; if conducted by the letter of the law (fars); would require 5000 RVR because there is no visible cl.suggestions: at minimum; repaint the centerline markings. Better install centerline lights. With <6000 feet of runway; night landings are a challenge even in good visibility with no cl. Depth perception would be greatly enhanced with cl.
