Narrative:
Prior to being cleared for takeoff on xxl; we heard (other carrier) landing on xxr given instructions to hold short of xxl. We were cleared for takeoff and commenced our takeoff on xxl. At approximately 10-15 knots prior to V1; we heard the tower controller give very animated and loud instructions to the (other carrier) aircraft. '(Other carrier) stop stop stop! Hold your position (other carrier) stop stop stop!!' the tower controller then switched his attention to us and gave us the verbal instruction to abort our takeoff. I can't remember the exact wording but it was similar to '(call sign) cancel takeoff clearance.' I was unsure how much the (other carrier) aircraft had actually encroached on xxl (if any); but it appeared that they had exited xxr at 'aa' and had encroached on xxl at that intersection. Rapidly evaluating our speed; it was my judgement that a rejected takeoff by my aircraft would have us come to a stop in close proximity to 'aa'; if not potentially impact the intruding aircraft. I was confident in our ability to become airborne prior to that point and elected to continue the takeoff. I verbalized 'no; continue' to the first officer who did not respond to ATC. Take off; clean up and departure were all normal. Flight number was substituted therefore we were (company call sign) and ATC XXXX. I didn't select any threats as I still don't know to what extent the (other carrier) aircraft actually encroached on the runway I was using. I do not know if they made an error or not. The ZZZ controller(s) were superb in their vigilance and handling of the event.
