Narrative:
Two pieces of undeclared or no dg [dangerous goods] paperwork attached to the items were discovered by myself as I was monitoring the cargo loading. I had notified the dg agent who then added the one piece at 1.37KG and then must have misread the second piece of 6KG to add incorrectly .6KG to the total added dry ice weight of 1.97KG and then he proceeded to round up it up to 2KG. At the time; I quickly glanced at the packages and misread the 6 KG as .6KG as well. (I did take pictures of the boxes however and realized this mistake as I was preparing an irregular operations report.) he then added the dry ice to the paperwork. All pictures; first paperwork copy showing no dry ice; new paperwork showing dry ice; and entire dg paperwork included with my irregular ops report that I am submitting as well.some type of miscommunication between ZZZ1 dg and ZZZ dg; a common complaint I have heard from msp dg agents. As to the 'misreading' error; my own fault for not spending more time verifying the ice count rather than taking his word for it. He said it was .6 and my expectation bias then read it as .6 instead of the correct 6.
