Narrative:

After take off on climb out crew failed to run after take off checklist which resulted in the flaps remaining down at 9 degrees. Flaps were over sped by 50KIAS. First officer noticed flaps 9. After take off checklist not performed. Aircraft was slowed down; flaps were put up. Crew should have been more vigilant in making sure flaps were up and after take off checklist was performed.
