Narrative:
On climb out; first officer noticed the flaps were still out at 300kias. We slowed down and retracted flaps and continued to destination. First officer saw flaps at 9. Crew did not complete after take off checklist correctly. Slowed and retracted flaps. Crew should be more vigilant after take off and completed checklists. Also as you climb through 10;000 feet; check your configurations again.
