Narrative:
While our aircraft was holding short of runway xxr at ZZZ a bonanza was cleared to land. The pilot of [the bonanza] cut the corner on their right base to final turn. Because the landing threshold of xxr is several hundred feet from the beginning of the takeoff threshold the bonanza ended up flying right over the top of our aircraft holding short of the departure end of the runway. Clearing our aircraft by approx 50ft.
