Narrative:
As ground controller I requested a crossing clearance for a veh at taxiway right and runway 4. I thought I heard an approval and xed the veh in front of an small aircraft departing. I had myself relieved and reported the operational error. This was reported through all channels.

Narrative: AS GND CTLR I REQUESTED A XING CLRNC FOR A VEH AT TXWY R AND RWY 4. I THOUGHT I HEARD AN APPROVAL AND XED THE VEH IN FRONT OF AN SMA DEPARTING. I HAD MYSELF RELIEVED AND RPTED THE OPERATIONAL ERROR. THIS WAS RPTED THROUGH ALL CHANNELS.
